I am satisfied that MrS [redacted] did come out to the house on July 2, 2015, and caulk the Living Room windowAs long as that window no longer leaks, I will accept the repair, without requesting a refundIf the window does continue to leak in the future, I will contact MrS [redacted] , and request that he make future repairs at no charge to meIf the window was properly installed, it should no leak at all
