Review: My mother who has several health issues including diabetes, ordered a pair of diabetic shoes from this company over a 2 years ago. Between the insurance company and this store giving her the run around she finally received the shoes about a month ago. They do not fit properly at all. According to the contract they brought with the shoes it say they were to be fitted and agreed upon with to comfort level. It also said that 2 shoes were delivered. Does that mean 2 pair or 2 single shoes.They never even tried the shoes on my mom. No one signed or dated anything on the contract.I see one signature and that's it. I called the company and spoke with someone and they said a representative/supervisor would come by within a few days. As of 2.5 weeks no one has shown up,called or made any kind of contact what so ever. Meanwhile my mom has been wearing thick winter socks and crocs because none of the few shoes she used to wear fit. This is utterly ridiculous and cruel that for a simple pair of shoes for a 90 year old women is taking so long. I called again today at 3pm and no one answered the phone. My mom has called countless times as well only to be told that someone will come around with a catalog so she can pick another pair. Will this also take a millennium to receive? I refuse to have my mom treated this way.Desired Settlement: I would like a rep to go to my moms house with the catalog and assist her in picking out a correct pair of shoes. Have them deliver the shoes within 2 weeks which is reasonable. Have them fitted and tried on and agreed upon fit and leave. They should have a way to measure a persons feet and width of them if they are in the business of selling shoes. The process should not be that difficult.
