Review: The company failed to provide a refund for poorly installed door edge guard accessory (during the 10/31/2013 service visit) that were removed at my request during the following visit. When asked to clarify how the promised refund will be handled and was told that the check will be issued and sent by mail.

Requested vibration noise during acceleration and steering

column alignment issue addressed. The vibration noise during acceleration issue

was not addressed at all for the reason that I cannot be reproduced. When

offered to demonstrate, the shop foreman refused any assistance. Instead of

addressing the steering column alignment issue, instead, poor wheel alignment

service was performed. The steering wheel was not centered before performing

wheel alignment service that was not requested to begin with.

The dealer failed honor rear bumper protector accessories

installation as per the delivery receipt and instead installed an accessories

that was not requested.

Desired Settlement: Refund Cash/Check.

Please fix the above reported issues.

The above named accessory installed to honor agreement.

Review: I purchased a car from Springfield Acura on Dec. 12 2014. I was given temporary license plates that expired on Jan 19th. The dealership contact me and told me to come get my new plates and registration on Dec. 29th 2014. When I arrived at the dealership they told me that they messed up and my plates and registration were not received yet from the state. They told me that they would send me the plates via email when they receive them from the state fee of charge because they messed up. On Jan 12th 2015 [redacted] at Springfield Acura called and informed me that the registration would be mailed out today and I will receive it by Friday Jan 16th. I did not receive the registration by Jan 16th, so I called again, they ensured that I would get them by Saturday the 17th so that I would not be driving without a valid registration. After not receiving the registration in the mail by Tuesday Jan 20th I called and talked to a receptionist who said they have not yet mail my registration and that I would cost $18 for her to do so. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that I was driving without a valid registration. They said that they would send the registration next day mail free of charge. Today is Thursday Jan 22nd and I still have not received my plates. I called to inquiry again since it is now 3 days I am driving without a valid registration. I am first told that they have not sent them yet and I would have to pay $18, then I am told they were sent via regular mail and I should received my registration by Monday (driving 7 days without a valid registration), then I am told that they had been sent overnight and I should have already received them. I can not get a clear answer from them and their lack of concern is evident. I am forced to drive my car without a valid registration and risk being pulled over for a violation that is completely out of my control.Desired Settlement: I would like to received by vehicle registration and this complaint to be filed with the Revdex.com to protect other consumers.

Review: On July 10, 2013 I requested to have my extended warrenty cancelled and refunded to my Acura account but it still has not happened. On monthe after I was informed (by phone and in writing) that the Finance Manager who sold me the policy was no longer with the company. So a the new Finance Manager apologized and told me she would process my request immediatly. I checked my account today, another month after, the policy has not been cancelled or refunded. I contacted Springfield Acura and now found out the Finance Manager who sold me the policy is back and the new manager is no longer with them. I just want this extended warrenty cancelled and refunded to my Acura account. This has been the worst customer service ever. When I call the delaership I get disconnected and when I leave voice messages, I do not get return calls.Desired Settlement: I want this policy cancelled and refunded to my Acura Balance.

On April 27th, I went to Springfield Acura to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Two seconds after I started driving it, the under shield was dragging against the ground. [redacted] my salesperson said, and I quote, "What the f[redacted] is that!?" and got out of the car and took it to the shop and told me that he was going to clip it back in. During the rest of the test drive, he was telling me how good the car was and that nothing was wrong with it. The next day I came back in and bought the car. On the 29th, I had the car up on the lift in a shop. These are the following things that were wrong with it: The oil hadn't been changed, there was a nail in the tire, the entire right front fender liner was missing, the under shield (after "being resecured") was actually removed from the vehicle, the left axle boot was loose and torn, and both the rear shocks were blown out and leaking. I was baffled. I called [redacted] that night and he said "Well its a used car, there's going to be normal wear and tear. I can't do anything about it." This car is unsafe to drive and they will not fix it. Do not buy any cars from this dealership. They are unprofessional and do not care for the safety of the customer. They take any car into their dealership and sell it without looking at it. I do not recommend this place at all.
