I paid to have my ice dispenser repaired (it was dripping) and not only was it NOT repaired the repairman broke the face plate during installation Almost two weeks ago, a repairman from appliance care came out and said that the reason the ice dispenser side was dripping was because the flapper was wornIt took appliance care almost two weeks to get the part, today the flapper was installed but in the process of installing the flapper, he broke off the backside connectors for the face plateAnd the ice dispenser still DRIPS! The repairman called a [redacted] on the phone and said several times, I think I may have broken itI recorded himHe tried to pull off the face plate without FIRST unscrewing the bottom screw!
