I am rejecting this response because:
The lever was broken not a user errorHad to by a whole new knob for itThey never said 50/for cats until after they told me they fixed themNever did they say they just cleaned themThey told me they changed the converters and the car was doneFor months I have been calling over and over with no response except for 50/which was only if I took it to my own shopWhich I was notI am still unable to get an answer from the ownerThe car is over heating because this problem was never fixedThey had my car for weeks to “fix and replace the cats” they did not do thatThey also told me they were gonna replace themI have all this in recordingIf I need to move forward with a civil suit I will but I’m trying to give the owner time to answer me.
