Springfield Ford, Incorporated

Review: I sent my car to Springfield Ford after an accident and recommendation from my insurance company [redacted]. They provided an estimate that was over what the car was worth and proceeded to order parts and start service without my consent. I asked to have the car released 15 minutes after the estimate was provided via voice mail and they began the work anyway. Guy A[redacted] proceeded to tell me that the car would be released the following Monday. They also proceeded to say that they could return the parts ordered after attempting to bill my insurance for them too. The whole process has been a hassle and I would never recommend work there or make a referral to have someone buy an automobile from there.Desired Settlement: I would like my car returned to me and towed to the desired auto body shop without them hitting my insurance for service I did not approve.
