Complaint: [redacted] We are rejecting this response because Springfield Heating and Air, LLC is not truthful Prior to May 2015, we had no contact with the owner, Mr [redacted] , except through our contractor It was only when the contractor moved and advised us to call Springfield, LLC that we corresponded with him At no time did Mr [redacted] try to call us to resolve this problem Attached is a text from him stating the reason why he refused to fix the HVAC system his company installed at our house As for Mr [redacted] 's accusation about us being rude, here is an image of a message that he sent us We also have more texts to submit should you have further questionsWe do not want monetary compensation nor would we want to do business with this company We only want to warn consumers about this company's bad service and unprofessional behavior so that no one else would have to experience the problems that we have incurred the last 1/months Please feel free to contact us should you want to discuss this issue further Thank you for your time Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted] (601) [redacted]

After the year labor warranty was up, we have know obligations to ***She can use anyone she wants to repair her a/c systemNot sure why she got so mad about me not coming out to fix the a/cShe can pay someone else to fix it just like she would have to pay meI was booked up the week she called needing her unit worked onSo because I could not get over to her house on a unit that has no labor warranty, she decides to bash my company on facebookAgain, the system was installed years ago with a year parts warranty and year parts warrantyThat being said, [redacted] has know reason to be complaining about me coming to her house.Thanks, [redacted]

Springfield Heating and Air installed a new Samsung Mini Split for Straight Edge Construction at [redacted]s house in August of 2011.  Attached is a copy of the paid invoice from  back in August of 2011 stating that she has a  5 year parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty. Nor me or...

any of my employees have been to Mrs. [redacted]'s house or heard  from Mrs. [redacted] until a few weeks ago. MRS. [redacted] contacted me on May 16th of this year on a Saturday pretty much demanded that I get over to her house and repair here air conditioniing system we installed 4 years ago. I was on vacation and did not return her call till Tuesday of that next weeks. She was very rude, so I asked Mrs. [redacted] why didn't she call the hvac contractor that she uses for her other systems in her house since the system we installed is out of the 1 year labor warranty and she told me because her guy didn't know how to work on mini split systems. (WOW) I told her the system was still under a manufacturers warranty, the labor warranty has been out so she could call whomever she wanted since I was so backed up. Then, she got very mad talking about how disappointed she is in me for not coming over to fix her a/c.  I will not work for anyone who talks to me like she does. I have know abligation to her at all.  I have text messages to prove all that I am saying. She even told me to let her know if I couldn't get to her that she would call someone else.
