SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Downtown

Regarding being double charged for a stay on February 8th, 2020.There were several attempts to contact the hotel and Marriott Bonvoy customer service with no resolution.

Timeline:
Booked stay through Priceline.com on January 13th.
Checked into hotel on February 08, 2020.Checked out of hotel on February 09, 2020.Received billing receipt from SpringHill Suites on February 09, 2020 reflecting no charge.Received a charge on February 10 - 11, 2020 from SpringHill Suites Montgomery for $139.10
Called SpringHill Suites Montgomery on February 15, *** Spoke to employee about the issue. They stated that this was an issue for a manager who was not in, but would leave a note with information. Said it should get fixed though and that it would take 2-3 days to see a change.
Called SpringHill Suites Montgomery on February 19, *** Spoke to an employee about the issue. They stated they would transfer me to speak to the manager. It rang briefly then went to voicemail. I left my name, number, and description of the issue.
Called SpringHill Suites Montgomery on February 22, *** Spoke to an employee about the issue. They said that the manager was not in but should be in shortly. They said they would leave a note. I mentioned that I had reached out a couple times prior with no follow-up and urged them to please make sure this gets brought to the manager's attention. She assured me that the information was pulled up and would be left up for the manager to review when they entered.
Called Marriott Bonvoy Customer Service on February 22, *** Spoke to a customer service representative about my issue. Mentioned the multiple contacts to the Montgomery location without resolution. They said that they would give all of this information to billing and should receive correspondence. She asked me to give them up to 5 days to reach me.
