TERRIBLE!!! Unless you are interested in agreements, awful customer service, and property damage, store your goods anywhere elseANYWHERE!!! Here was our experience, step-by-step:
Entered into a rental agreement for a single 5'X10' unitWe showed up on moving day with all of our property to find they had gave our unit to someone elseThey replaced it with a two door 5'X10' (A pillar in the middle of your unit does not make it easy to move in/out + we had to purchase two locks instead of one
The only way to pay RDN is in person or by mailThis is vey inconvenient for a deployed Air Force member
The male who works there is very pleasant, but the female is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I have never had to endure someone so rude and disrespectful in my life
When we moved out of the unit, we discovered that everything inside had WATER DAMAGE because of their faulty sprinkler system!!! We are now in the long process of claiming our damages with their insurance
PleaseDO NOT store your goods here!
