This complaint regards actual Sales price disclosed and down payment not subtractedAlso paper work not being completely accurate

Review: [redacted] who's an Assistant Manager at SpringLeaf has poor customer service. She tried to handle me as if I was stupid and talked over me while on the phone on 29 July 2013. On 30 July 2013 she showed up at my grandmothers house unannounced making threats to sue me and have me arrested. I admit that I have fallen far behind in all of my bills and have been diligently looking for employment to catch up and pay my bills.Desired Settlement: I would like her to not contact me anymore. I'm trying to catch up with my payments. Someone other than her can contact me but if she contacts me or shows up to my grandmothers house again I'll pursue legal actions to get a restraining order.
