I ordered a pair of shoes about a week ago and they are still being processed and I contacted them by calling and emailing . When I called they just said their representatives are on other calls and then hung up and then the emails never got responded to. I needed the shoes within a couple of days and was willing to pay for expedited shipping, but now I just want my money back...horrible customer service.

Worst online sales business I've ever dealt with. Ordered shoes from them in mid-January 2020. After a month I contacted them to see if they were going to ship the product. They said the product was "out of stock," and would ship in a week. Received the product two weeks later (men's shoes), and they were two sizes too small. Contacted customer service by emal (no phone # listed for them) for address to return product. Three days later they responded and said I had to forward the order confirmation email and a pic of the shoes. I did so, and they did not respond. Three more days went by, so I returned the shoes in the box shipped, unworn or used, to the return address on the box at my personal expense of $21.. I then sent them an email that I had returned the shoes. Still no responsive email. Am waiting to see if they reimburse me for the cost of the shoes ($49.95). Right now I'm out $71 dollars.

Worst customer service - ever! Possibly a fictitious business.

I bought an item online Feb 18th 2020 while it said it was in stock....needless to say after reaching out to try to track my package on the 19th of February. I got a response stating that the shoe was back in stock on Feb 10th 2020...which makes no sense since that date has already passed as I bought the shoes on Feb 18th. I immediately responded asking for a full refund which they do state on their website. I have gotten only one response back today stating that the shoe will be back in stock on Feb 29th which I do not trust or care about anymore since they website falsely advertised the shoe was in stock. I have now reached out via 3 direct emails towards the sales team and one direct email from the website contact information. Needless to say I have requested my money fully refunded 4 times now and keep getting horrible excuses. Horrible customer service and horrible advertisement.

Sorry for inconvenience, we already have refund you the money. Our supply chain was disturbed in china due to COVID-19 issue. But we have refunded you money with in 3 days of placing you order

I ordered a pair of brown leather mens shoes on january 6th from this company SpringLime.com, through an ad on *** it has now been over 30 days and I have not received my shoes. I have had correspondence with their customer service team, they keep saying to allow 12-21 days for delivery and that they are working to expedite my order but it has been well past the 21 day mark. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since it seems likely they will never actually send me my shoes and they are refusing to issue the refund and cancel my order. I did a quick internet search and it appears there have been many many more instances like mine, plenty of negative reviews about a very similar situation. I have contacted my *** company to dispute the charge.
