We have been working with Ms O*** to resolve her issue for quite some timeOur office personnel have communicated to the best of our abilityMs O*** wanted to speak to our production manager regarding her issueAt that time, the production manager was out in the field for several weeks
straight doing training and quality controlMs O*** was experiencing an issue with a former product that we used to supply and installThis issue is a manufacturing defect with the product that does not manifest itself on all types of roof lines, so it is difficult to diagnoseThis sometimes requires multiple trips to the customers home to try and resolve the issues for themIt is unfortunate that Ms O*** experienced this issue, and even more unfortunate that she was experiencing it in the middle of a chaotic time for our production departmentWe did however make several trips to the customers home to try and resolve this issue for herWhen it was determined that we could not resolve it with her existing product, we removed the product and replaced it with a newer and improved product that does not have the same manufacturing defectThis of course was all completed at no charge to the customerI spoke with Ms O*** this morning to confirm that she has been well taken care of the issue appears to be resolved at this pointThe Ms O*** was satisfied and even paid the balance on her account for additional work that we did for her while we were at her houseI am a little disappointed that we were not notified of this complaint when it was received and that we had to wait month for it to be sent via *** to our attentionWe are vey responsive as a company and pride ourselves on great customer service and satisfactionIt is difficult for us to keep up our reputation if the Revdex.com is notifying us month after the complaint has been received. In summary, the customers issue has been resolved
