I would like to share my experience This review is for the Springs Automotive Group on Powers and Galley They advertised a Honda Accord with less than 63,miles on itI made a deposit to hold the car and asked the salesperson for a [redacted] Upon reviewing the [redacted] , we determined that the odometer had been tampered withThe [redacted] showed the odometer to be over 204,miles! The odometer on the car says around 63K I'm not saying Springs Automotive Group did the tampering, but I do fault them for still trying to sell the vehicle (with the mileage listed on their website) a full week after I brought it to their attention To me, that is shady business practice and I just wanted to make others aware of thisI will say that they were apologetic regarding this issue and immediately voided the deposit I gave them Still, that does not excuse why the vehicle is still listed on their website Buyer beware!

On Wednesday, 25 Oct, my husband went into Springs Automotive Group to look at a GMC Sierra he had interest in. We had purchased from there in the past, and aside from a few minor mechanical issues (costing us over $1700), we had no complaints. So he went there to view and test drive this truck he liked. They refused to show him the truck, said the owners had it, and then showed him two other trucks. One of which had ashes all over it. I was unable to go with my husband since I was at work all day. At the end of the day, I received a notification that my credit had been ran. I did not authorize a credit check nor did my husband. My husband doesn't have a POA (power of attorney) for me so legally, this company was not supposed to run my credit. If my husband liked the truck, we were going to run numbers. But, as mentioned above, he couldn't even view it. I called to find out why my credit was ran, they went off our last application from when we purchased my car, and used that to run our

Purchased a *** 2500, white with 5.7L engine at end of October 2017, when I went to register vehicle at beginning of December I was informed by the DMV that I am unable to register vehicle until dealer clears up some Title discrepancies that involve mileage readingsI began to reach out to dealer on several occasions requesting updates and explanations, I received very little information as to what the hold up is, and also very little detail pertaining to the discrepancyAt the beginning of February I began to have issues with with the electrical system, locking mechanisms won't function but unlock mechanism will, hi beam lamps will not turn off, have to be unplugged until problem is figured out, and windshield washer pump is not functioningI have contacted the dealer a couple of times over the past few days to request that they take liability for the vehicle until such time as a clean title is verified and I am able to register vehicle in my nameThey have taken my

I mean everything that could possibly be wrong with this car was and still is for the most partI am also questioning as to why the online price of the vehicle was listed as dollarsI was not aware of the online price when I was presented with the written contract which had the listed price as The vehicle was purchased in late September of 2017, and ran with some misfire issues and a fuel line leakIt ran for a month and then the vehicle completely broke down and would not run anymoreI was never informed of any issues or problems with the carThe complete list of issues include: fuel leak, battery terminals that literally fell off with age and rust, a broken starter, completely worn spark plugs and coils, old engine oil and other fluids that had to be flushed, the transmission is starting to go out, the entire engine was covered in grime and had to be scraped cleanI was highly dissatisfied with the entire experience

Purchase a car through the company with a warrantyThe warranty cost $2,and $for each shop fixI have taken it in times now for the same problem I've broken down on the interstate twice and in town timesI believe they are milking money from us and not fixing the problem on purposeThe mechanic literally told me he can't figure out why it's overheating but will still accept my money and tell me it's all fixedThe company has promised me that it will be working each time I take the vehicle back and each time it breaks down for the same reasonThe warranty I paid for says that they have to fix the vehicle and they have not held up to their end of the agreementIt's extremely unethical what they are doing and they are taking advantage of usI believe I deserve a refund for the warranty since they can't hold up on their end of the agreementAnd they shouldn't be allowed to sell cars that don't run and the make tons of money making me pay to fix the problems
