I gave my business to this company because the prior tenant was with themHuge mistake on my partFrom the beginning I was greeted by the customer service in a rude, overbearing self-asserted, arrogant wayIn a way that made me feel my concern was not importantThis past incident is in reference to the postcard they sent out that the pick up time would changeI received it that very dayThey came back and picked up my trash.The following week I did not get it out at 7am, so no pick up and now it's ThanksgivingI called and asked if there is anyway it can be picked upIMMEDIATE NO! I state I'm not ok with that answer, then there is a way but it's going to cost me $ectshe was very haughty I am just done giving this company my businessFor a year and a half nothing has changedMy trash pick up has Never been consistent I never want to have to deal with the customer serviceThey are not the only garbage pick here in Colorado SpringsI have emailed my end of service

If I could give them zero stars I totally wouldI dont know where all these "amazing drivers" are that some of these other customers have but ours definitely isn'tI have only had this service for monthsWorst service ever! They "miss" my trash at least once EVERY monthAnd since my pickup is on Thursday, they "can't do anything about it until Monday." I live in a cul-de-sac, next to a school, and most recently in a construction zoneOn Dec 18th they, yet again, did not pick up our trashOf course, I call themIt was around 1:because I had just dropped off my child at schoolThe lady that answered was short with me and sounded irritatedShe said the driver hadnt been to my residence, then put me on holdWhen she returned she said the driver had been by but my trash was blocked and he couldnt get it, but that he would be backOkay, that's fineI go out and speak to the construction crew tell them I can only put my trash in a certain spot and that I need them to clear a spot because my trash can't be picked up until thenthey were great and complied right away4:rolls around garbage truck still hasn't come backI call AGAINSame lady answers and this time is flat out RUDE to meI get upset at her and yes, I yell at herShe was not listening to me at all and was arguing with meSaying he came back by and it was still blockedUMM NO I WAS OUT THERE WHEN THE CONSTRUCTION CREW CLEARED THE WAYUGH! She then proceeded to tell me that it'd be Monday before they could come back outI said NO!I want them back out tomorrow(Friday) She said "FINE" just like thatI was TICKED at this pointI pay for their services I expect what I pay forI asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me I couldnt! I said "are you the supervisor?" and then she said no they are out until MondayJan 8th they miss my trash AGAINI called and cancelled my servicesI spoke to a woman named*** She was very nice and readily willing to help me outShe said they would be out today (Wed 14) to pick up my trash and canI asked what I should expect on a final bill and she said they would wave itOf course this was verbal over the phone so I guess we will seeI would not recommend this service.*** was great but every other aspect of my service was negative Here's to hoping my new services are better

Springs waste is the worst trash company I have ever had. The office and driver are rude, dishonest, and could care less about customer service. I finally had enough of the missed pick ups, trash and recycled spilled everywhere, and the lies they tell to cover their tails. I put my trash out the night before, and would watch the driver go right by not even slowing down the next day. I would call the office to hear them say the driver said it wasnt out. I started taking pictures the night before so I could prove the driver was a liar. After that, if he decided to pick up he would block the driveway by putting trash bins spread out or just knocked over. I decided to switch back to my original trash service and pay the extra $5. I have never had any problems with [redacted]. Super nice and great service.

I love the company. I was just suggesting we could get one day a month for bulk trash. It would help clean up the neighborhood.
