Springs Window Tinting & Auto-Glass

I went in for a windshield replacement on recommendation from a friend that sends them a lot of businessThe installation and process was smooth, they got me in and out pretty quicklyHowever a couple days later I see the crack starting to form on the center of the windshield, and I just think to myself hmm I guess another chipI take it to one of the locals around my neighborhood who does windshield repairs and he confirmed that the crack was coming from the inside of the windshield and there is nothing he can do about itI take it back to springs auto glass and they wouldn't take fault for itThey basically told me to my face that I had purposely broke the glass from the insideLike seriously, who does that? It's baffling to me on how they would accuse me of thatAbsolutely nutsAnyone who wants to do business with them I highly recommend going somewhere else

I called Colorado Springs Auto Glass days prior to getting a windshield replaced in our work Van I spoke to ***, who must be a new employeeI had to remind her to take my phone numberThe day to have the new windshield replaced, she did not have my phone number, I guess she did not write it down*** also failed to tell me that someone had to be present when the windshield was being replacedOur Employee was there and did see Colorado Springs Auto Glass guyI am not sure why Colorado Springs Auto Glass man left with out replacing our windshieldPayment arrangements were in place for the windshield to be paidI called and spoke to *** who was very rude and did not care that our windshield did not get replaced
