The heavy rain caused more than just our roof to fall in It left us feeling helpless and not knowing what to do with so many areas affected by the damage Thankfully our insurance company suggested the services of Steven Sefton at Springtree Restoration cell: (972) 757- [redacted] @springtreerestoration.com and we are so glad they did The scale of our damage was both outside our home including our fences, our antique Mexican tile roof and inside on both stories of our home Steven came in with the adjuster list and began to map out a plan to tackle them all, starting with a big tarp over our damaged roof It was not just the big items that got out attention but also the very small details throughout the home Living with an artist made paint color choices a primary task Also, matching existing home details with new materials was very important in a home that has been featured in Southern Living and many home tours From the time of the initial adjuster visit, when they identified the arts works and collectibles, it was apparent that a rubber stamp redo would not work Steven was able to bridge the gap between these issues and remain sensitive to the tone of the home Each day would begin with Steven sitting down with us at the dining table and we could review where we were headed that day What a difference to have an administrator that can listen We recommend Steven and SpringTree Restoration highly and will be glad to show the work they have completed for us [redacted] and David McNair, Richardson

The reroofing was done by the Springtree Roofing & Restoration in early June of this year I wanted to thank the company, its crew and most of all Steven [redacted] the Project Manager, for their superb job Steven had all the jobs done as he said he would He delivered all the things that we had discussed After the roof was completed, he promptly returned to check on a problem that I reported It turn out to be an unrelated matter that caused the problem Today again, almost months later, he came over to assess and then correct the problem with the roof jack, storm collar, and roof flashing that were left unattached and unsealed by another contractor installing a new water heater in our attic When you need some works done correctly by somebody with reliability and integrity, Steven is the person who can deliver We are at peace because the job was given to the right person! Thank you again, Steven, for a job well done
