Springview Mini-Storage

Review: Contracted to rent to RV spaces 12/12/13 paying an $80 deposit. Proper 30 notice to vacate was given on 03/31/14 in writing with final months rent payment. Deposit was to be refunded by June 1st according to Manager [redacted]. Numerous messages to ###-###-#### requesting refund from owner [redacted] were not responded to. Finally reached [redacted] via phone while [redacted] was on vacation who said he mailed a check but did not put correct city or zip on envelope. I spoke directly with [redacted] and explained I am moving out of state and need resolved by Friday, He then stated I could get my refund from [redacted] at the storage. I called to verify my check was there and [redacted] did not know anything about it. He called [redacted] (owner) who told him he mailed a check again. I will not be here to received another check so it will be "lost in the mail" AGAIN!Desired Settlement: I paid all payments with a credit card and would like a credit applied to my account for $80.00

There was an issue during the initial delivery of the check. Check has now been resent and we believe consumer is now satisfied.
