In response to this complaint, I feel that it is totally unfounded This customer called our office to schedule a service call and was informed of the $ [redacted] charge which he agreed upon. When the technician went out to his house, he found repairs that were needed He informed the customer of the cost of the repairs The customer agreed to the repairs and the price.I believe that the miscommunication is on the part of the customer He asked the tech what the total cost was and he told him, but he was speaking only of the repairs and not the charge for the spring start up which the customer had contracted with our office to do.The customer was not polite at all with the lady in our office and talked down to her and she then put me on the phone with the customer He proceeded to act the same way with me and so I just told him that I was not going to change the price.I feel that this customer is totally wrong and I would like to say that this is our only complaint after performing over 8,service calls per year

Sorry *** but the pump was installed and billed on or before 8/7/ There is still an unpaid invoice of me coming to check the pump and diagnose for repairs on 8/23/ That's over year and that is the warranty on the pump The work while difficult was performed flawlessly with no leaks and wired correctly I do not manufacture the pump and blaming me for its failure is ridiculous I am still very busy and would get around to it You and wife calling and demanding that I drop everything I'm doing is again ridiculous Please find another service provider and don't expect a refund

Ryan and his team were hired to replace the pump for the fountain in our pondThe previous pump had finally worn out after years He installed a new pump with PVC fittings and the entire set up worked for approximately one monthWhen the pump died, he came out and inspected it and determined that the pump had burned outHe told me I was out of luck because he had purchased the pump from the company more than a year ago even though I had only had it for a few months The warranty had expired I asked him how that was my fault I told him that I expected him to stand by his work and fix the issueI told him I expected him to install a new pumpHe told me that he would work with the company and see what could be doneHe then stopped returning my phone calls after several more months I continued to call and he continued to screen my calls The only way I could get Ryan to speak with me on the phone is when I called from a number he didn't recognizeHe finally agreed to insta

Sorry *** but the pump was installed and billed on or before 8/7/15. There is still an unpaid invoice of me coming to check the pump and diagnose for repairs on 8/23/16. That's over year and that is the warranty on the pump. The work while difficult was performed flawlessly

We try to route our service calls as early as we can so that our (over 4,300) customers can plan their days Sometimes it is the day before and if we were not able to provide a window for this person when she wanted
it, we are sorry
I would like to add that we try and be pleasant and respectful to every customer Sad to say, you just cannot satisfy everyone, regardless of how hard we try Our records of this customer date back to early We keep extremely good records of our customer contacts From the first time we ever had any contact with this person, she was extremely rude to our staff I even made notes myself in our database to never do anymore work for her But, our staff tries to help everyone
We become very busy in our office with scheduling and so forth Just recently, apparently when this incident happened, our staff was busy with other customers This person called our office at least times in a row had she left a voice message, we would have called her back promptly, but she elected to harass us We we answered her call, she was extremely rude to us and therefore I told our staff to never work for her again
As far as receiving payment in advance, we do that only on a discounted service plan In this persons case, we did request payment in advance because, and here again we keep very good records, she always is days past due when paying her bill to us
Again, we will do anything we can to help anyone We never want to work for someone like this

Sorry [redacted] but the pump was installed and billed on or before 8/7/15.  There is still an unpaid invoice of me coming to check the pump and diagnose for repairs on 8/23/16.  That's over 1 year and that is the warranty on the pump.  The work while difficult was performed flawlessly...

with no leaks and wired correctly.  I do not manufacture the pump and blaming me for its failure is ridiculous.  I am still very busy and would get around to it.  You and wife calling and demanding that I drop everything I'm doing is again ridiculous.  Please find another service provider and don't expect a refund.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The owner didn't offer any acknowledgement of fault.  He said the confusion is on my part but fails to admit or maybe realize that his technician stated several times that the quoted bill was for "... all work done by him that day" and that "...no other fees will be charged".  That this was "the total bill", These are the exact words of the technician.  He (the technician) also advised us to make sure we tell the "office" that this was the agreement with him.  That they automatically bill for this fee and that fee...He 'warned' us of the exact scenario that we found ourselves in, it's quite unbelievable!  The owner can say whatever he wants, he was not there.  So in closing, this company is deceitful and untrustworthy and anyone doing business with Sprinkler Pros should get the pricing in writing.  Otherwise they'll be unpleasantly surprised.  With regards to me being rude to the secretary; I was very polite initially but became less so after she repeated for the ninth time that the bill was $**.  The pleasantries stop ones you realize someone is trying to steal your money.
Regards,
[redacted]

Sprinkler Pros had performed Winterization for me in the past so I had them come install 4 additional zones in my yard. An army of installers arrived, professional, some of them were young guys. They got the install done but there were a couple minor punch list items. I took a couple pictures and emailed them within a couple days and they apologized and PROMPTLY made plans with me to come back and make me happy by addressing the couple of things. Finding a contractor that will come back after they've been paid to address an issue is VERY RARE. Sprinkler Pros stepped up. [redacted] are very nice and professional guys to work with. Their current rating on the Revdex.com does not even remotely reflect the type of service they gave me.

I have had a very bad overall experience with this company. The communication was extrelemly poor and when I complained, the owner was just defensive and did not want to hear the complaints. The job was finsihed by another company and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Review: I was told I would receive a window of time for service 2 business days prior to the service date. I called to determine a time to be home 2 days prior to the service date to advise my employer. I was told the route had not been determined.

I called one day prior, still told the route had not been determined. Called back in the afternoon the day before the service as the promised call regarding the service call window did not come. I was beyond irritated and they were rude. When I complained about the rudeness and asked to speak to the owner I as denied access to the owner and dismissed as a customer. They also demanded payment before services were rendered. I only pay when service is renderedDesired Settlement: The local community to be put on notice that this company is a nightmare to deal with, has no respect for the customer or the customer's time and the staff will not allow customers to address concerns with the owner. The public should also be aware that this company wants to be paid in advance of rendering service
