Due to budget constraints and limited vendors willing to service the area, a vendor agreed to service the association for a nominal fee Upon inspection of the roads we feel that an effort was made to clear the roads, but unfortunately not to the satisfaction of the some of the residents We had arranged for another service provider to try to perform a better job although the weather improved and melted most of it away The original snow removal contractor was not paid in full as a result of the complaint The association has issues with open areas that cause drifting and with the winter being harsh this year, it was problematic to maintain the roads 100% without extensive salting that is cost prohibitive We will try diligently to obtain a contractor in the area that is willing to perform the service for a satisfactory price and will do an excellent job for the community We have tried contacting the resident by phone and have left voicemails We hope the resident is satisfied that we were trying to provide satisfactory service with limited vendor selection and by withholding payment from the original contract amount the association has been somewhat reimbursed for their frustration

For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:In August of when we first moved in we were warned by several of our neighbors about members of the board and Casa Bella being difficult to deal withThis was before any of our issues existedAfter we installed our own mailbox we were assured in person several times by *** that our fees for were wavedHe then proceeded to complain about Casa Bella and some members of the board to my wife and IHe stated he was ready to withdraw his position because of all the problemsWe did not find out until June our fees were not waved and late fees were accruingWe contacted Casa Bella and we're assured by *** that everything was covered and the late fees would be removedShe then apologizedThese facts have are just that and slander as Casa Bela claimsSeveral of my neighbours and coincidentally a coworker (I just learned) have had similar experiences There are several similar complaints on your website and their reviewed very poorly on Yelp, The Yellow Pages, and FacebookSo our situation is nothing newWe will be satisfied when our account shows a zero balanceFurther their claim about trying to contact us repeatedly is untrue as we hounded them with virtually no timely responsesThis is the EXACT SAME SCENARIO others have included in their reviews both here and on the other sitesPlease read them.

To: Revdex.com and Mrs***; I respectfully disagree with the comments made by Mrs***. Several members our staff have spoken in length on several ocaasions with Mr(***) and Mrs(***) ***. We have a history of notes on the account regarding discussions
and information that was provided to them regarding the issue with their account. In fact, *** and our office manager spoke in length with *** on Monday attempting to explain to *** that Casa Bella has no authority to make any decisions on the financial status of their account*** was informed that the Board of Directors has made a decision regarding the status of their account, and what the decision entailed. *** was extremely belligerent and accusatory and threatened to picket our office as a result of this issue. Casa Bella is under contract with the association and is unauthorized to make decisions on behalf of the association. Any and all decisions are made by the Board of Directors of Milton Meadows Association and Casa Bella may only carry out those directives. We've tried to educate the ***'s regarding this and they refuse to accept our explanation and understand whom they must address their concerns with. We have offered to arrange a meeting with the board of directors and Mrand Mrs*** to discuss their financial issue, with Mr*** stating he does not wish to meet with the board. The Board of Directors has given us the directive to send the account to the attorney, so we no longer are authorized to continue speaking to them per the board of directors. I am requesting that the Revdex.com remove this complaint completely from our status since the ***'s are not our client and we do not take directive from them, hence we have no responsibility or authority to grant them their request. If the Revdex.com does not remove this from our history, and Mr& Mrs*** elect to continue slandering Casa Bella Property Management we will be contacting our legal counsel to take further action. To Whom It May Concern; We have been in consistent communication with Mr. [redacted] concerning his account.  The property manager of the association in which Mr. [redacted] resides has been working with Mr. [redacted] to resolve the issues with his account balance.  We make every effort to settle...

account balance issues with the unit owner.  Our management company has no authority to remove late fees without board approval.  The manager was making every effort to resolve Mr. [redacted] issues and will continue to do so until the account is settled.

complaint.  We have experienced problems with Mr. [redacted] mail being returned to our office via the US Postal Service.  We were able to contact [redacted] and were informed she had moved and did not make an address change or provide us with her new address on file.  We were finally able to obtain a new address and the mail is currently being sent to her address which she updated with us at [redacted]./[redacted], MI  [redacted].  We also were recently provided a separate address for Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] / [redacted] VA [redacted].We make every effort to resolve problems with our returned mail and have a staff member dedicated to researching for address corrections via the public records website of the State of Michigan.  Our completely interactive website of our company allows each owner to change their own address via the website along with submit work orders, modification requests and is fully interactive including account history.  Both Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have a website user account in which all of the necessary services are provided for them.  If Mr. [redacted] wishes to have mail sent to both addresses he is required to contact us with that request.  If we do not hear from Mr. [redacted] the mail will continue to be sent to Kathleen's address until further notice.  We make every effort to contact all customers and resolve every issue in a professional manner.  If Mr. [redacted] has questions regarding the website usage he is welcome to not only call us but enter a request via the website email server.   Cordially,[redacted]Casa Bella Property Management, Inc.
