Review: About ten days ago, They came to turn on the sprinklers. I paid them on the spot. But the next day I noticed that one of the sprinklers that they replaced was watering all over our patio and BBQ. I had to turn it off not to damage the patio & the BBQ. That was about ten days ago. I have called several times telling them exactly the problem. They always say they don't know when they can come over because don't have their calendar with them. I ask you "What kind of business owner will not have their calendar?" They simply refuse to come over just for a few minutes to correct their mistake. They never called back to give me a come back day. When I call, I tell them that I am flexible as far as time is concerned but it hasn't help. I hope you can resolve this problem.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I simply want them to fix it.They should call and make an appointment.But If they are not willing to fix this problem, I want a refund for services rendered.
