Review: On approximately 4/28/15, I received a service repair on my backyard sprinklers from Sprinklers Sales and Service. The repair was to consist of disconnecting 4 sprinkler heads and a zone in the back corner of my yard which was explained over the phone to the secretary [redacted] and worker [redacted]. The reason of this service was that I was having a new paver patio installed over the entire area which also was explained to this company. Sprinklers Sales was then paid for this service call and cashed my check #[redacted]. I then had my new paver patio installed and after a short period of time, water began coming through the pavers from underneath while the sprinklers were running in the front yard. I then contacted Sprinklers Sales and advised of this issue and who then sent [redacted] Sr out on 8/4/15. [redacted] Sr. advised the sprinkler lines were never disconnected properly and wasn't sure why the other worker [redacted] didn't properly disconnect the sprinkler lines and heads. [redacted] Sr advised it was their fault and then properly disconnected the sprinklers/zone. [redacted] Sr observed the damage to my patio and offered to repair it himself, however I advised him that my paver contractor would be completing the repair. I then contacted the Sprinkler Sales office and advised that I would be in contact again for reimbursement of the repairs needed to fix my patio. On 8/13/15, my paver contractor repaired the patio for $400 and stated an approx 40 sq foot area dropped 1/2 inch due to the sprinklers lines running under the patio. Since then, I have contacted and spoke with the Sprinklers Sales office numerous times and have never received a call back from the owner [redacted]. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and cannot believe I haven't even received a call back or reimbursement? I have receipts and pictures of my cashed check, damage to patio and repair to patio.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $400 due to Sprinklers Sales improperly disconnecting sprinkler lines and repair to paver patio.

Review: In October 2006, I purchased an in-ground sprinkler system through Sprinkler Sales & Service. Since that time I have been receiving several unexplained cracks in the piping in the system. Over several years I have been paying for this to be fixed. The company's service technician has recognized this as a problem in the tubing that was used for my sprinkler system. The bills I have received and paid to fix the cracks have ranged from $35.00 - $100.00 per service call to fix the cracks over the past several years. The most recent service call was on July 1, 2014. That is when the service technician indicated that in all the years he has been doing this he has only seen one other time where this has occurred and it is clearly a problem in the piping used for my sprinkler system. The service technician indicated that the company that did my piping was no longer associated with Sprinkler Sales and Service and the piping used was "cheap".

The service technician indicated that I should call Sprinkler Sales & Service and explain to them the problems I have been having and that something should be done to fix it and that he would talk to the owner of the company about my circumstance. I first started to call the company on July 1, 2014 and I spoke with two different a females on separate days. I explained to them my situation about my pipes continuing to crack all over my property. She told me that my system was considered "old" and it is to be expected that problems will occur with the pipes. She asked me a series of questions to figure out what could be causing the cracks in the pipes. After answering those questions she indicated she could not figure out the problem and would forward my concern onto the owner of the company and that he would call me back. Since July 1, 2014 I have made several calls to Sprinkler Sales & Service and I have yet to receive a phone call back from the owner.Desired Settlement: The cracks in the pipes are now happening more frequently which is a clear indication that there is something wrong. Today, I received a bill from the company that included a service charge. This is the first bill I received from the company for the service performed on July 1, 2014. Based on the service technician the cracks in the pipes should not be happening as frequently as they are, therefore, something should be done about it. I am asking for the owner to call me back in order to handle the situation. Something needs to be done in order for these cracks to become less frequent. It is expensive to continue to have to pay for repairing cracked pipes multiple times in a year.
