This Sprint store is independently owned and does NOT operate with the same standards as a corporate store!!! The employees are NOT adequately trained on their products, yet they try to convince you they are! Spend the extra 10 minutes it takes to go to the Hurstborne store! Much more knowledgeable and professional! We are leaving Sprint after being a wireless customer for 17 years! It will cost several hundred dollars to break our contract, but at this point it's about principal, not money!
