Sprint has the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any place I've ever been in my whole entire life. They falsely misrepresented the Framily plan. In which I done the contract for the installments on the phone based on what was represented to me regarding the Framily plan. My two year contract was up. I was initially just going in for a phone upgrade. My bill before 180. Now 245... That same day I left the store and called customer service spoke with the supervisor to make sure that what was represented to me would be correct. Spoke with six supervisors in a matter of a two day time frame and went back to the sprint store just to verify that my bill would be cheaper. I was assured every time that my bill would be less that this was such a better plan six months later i'm still calling trying to get this rectified each time being assured that this is being fixed speaking to supervisors plant operation managers account managers, each time assuring me that this is going to be fixed or putting you back in your old plan I get my next bill it's still up there. Told that bill prorated. Ur next bill will b lower. get the next bill & it's still 245. Or higher. And then was told yesterday that they can't change the installment plan that they falsely misrepresented. I could have voided out my contract within those first three days if I hadn't been given the wrong information by supervisor after supervisor including the stores customer service representative. Now I'm stuck. I will be discontinuing my services with Sprint. & Will never deal with them again. All I wanted them to do was put my plan back the way it was and take me off of the installment that I was falsely misled into believing was something completely different. I have never in my life had such poor customer service. Especially when it's the customer service representatives, sells representatives, supervisors who were all giving you incorrect information....I'm not the only one this happened to.
