I recently called sprint to resolve a simple issue with my cell phoneNot only was sprint very tough to get an actual agent on the phone, but when I finally got a representative on the phone, she was unable to help me get my plan fixedWhen I was trying to explain further into the situation, the representative said "*** ** *** ***" I am assuming she believed to put me on hold when she began speaking to a co-worker and stated "I am about to blow a gasket on this man!" As a customer I do not appreciate how this representative handled the situation and feel that action should be takenI will be taking my business as well as my families business to another company

Review: The employees at this store lie about prices and charges to your bill so that they can get you to buy products and services. Last October they offered us a free tablet that would be no cost to us if we returned it within a certain amount of time. When we returned it, we were charged a restocking fee, activation fee, and pro-rated monthly charges. All this when they said bring it back "at NO cost to you." When we complained, they said it was one particular employee that had been lying to customers and that he no longer worked there.On Sunday June 9th, 2013, we went in to upgrade to the Galaxy S4. This phone is being advertised on tv and everywhere for $199. When [redacted]. rang us up, the phone was $249. When we asked why, he handed us a rebate form and said there is a $50 mail in rebate. When I go home and look at the form, the Galaxy S4 is not listed as one of the phone eligible for the rebate. Again, another employee lying to get you to spend more money that you didn't intend to. I complained to customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. If I bring back the phone for a cheaper one, I will be charged a $35 restocking fee.It seems that this is business as usual for Sprint Store #811. This must be how they train their employees to get higher sales numbers. I would like to report them for unfair and illegal business practices.Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $50 that I did not intend to give to Sprint.
