Review: On the date of March 4 2013 I [redacted] went online to purchase a ticket from a bus company called Sprinter bus. As I was on the website I was having difficulties with the website just trying to purchase a one way ticket. I've decided to call the company to reach customer service to resolve the issue and get information,but I received no answer. I started trying to reach out to the company since 6am that morning and received no answer I kept trying. Finally I decided to give the website another try and I still had problems. It took me almost 10 minutes just to purchase a bus ticket. In the mist of my frustrations I accidentally purchase a bus ticket for the 4th of march when I needed a ticket for March 5th 2013. Once I realized what was done I instantly called the company to see if the issue could be fix, which to no surprise there was no answer. I read the information on the website which clearly states No refunds, however I could be able to reschedule all I had to do was follow the instructions on the website. I followed the instructions and the website kept giving me an error post. I kept calling and received no answer so I Tried back March 5 2013 10:12 am and spoke to an [redacted]. After explaining I didn't want a refund I just wanted to board for the date of the 5th, he told me I should have went online and followed the instructions.I told him I've done that and I've also tried calling. His Response was there's nothing he could do, that I would have to purchase another ticket for the date of March 5th 2013. I believe this company is scamming lots of people out of their hard working money and their customer service skills could improve greatly.Desired Settlement: I would like to settle this issue by getting a refund and being assured this company fixes their error on their website and customer service skills.

Review: My husband and I purchased tickets from the Sprinter Bus and I was coming from New York City to Virginia and the bus broke down due to transmission issues near route [redacted], [redacted] exit from 7 pm to present which we are still sitting here at 8:30 on the side of the road in the dark. I feel like my life is in danger bcuz being stranded on the side of the road is very dangerous for any other vehicle can not see us and hit us or as we are standing on the side of the highway there are dangerous animals like deer or fox that pose a threat and make me very nervous and scared to be here. The bus driver stated that another bus was coming and we'd have to wait 2 to 3 hrs for this particular bus. Once again I DO NOT feel safe as I wait for this time to pass. I suffer from anxiety and this caused my anxiety to start.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, no more no less

After reviewing my records for the date and information in question I am not able to locate and verify the information please contact this complainant and advise that we will need a reservation number and or membership number in order to verify this information please note: If they purchase a tickets from a ticket broker than they need to send this complaint to the source of purchase and we will resolved this matter with the ticket broker, Reservation number and /or membership number is necessary to confirm that a passenger travel on any of our manifest.
