8/16/16 indicating the trial period.  We also do show an email of the cancellation was sent on 8/24/2016.    Our records indicate a different email address on file than what you provided to Revdex.com, which is [redacted] ; possibly that was part of the mis-communication.   We are sorry the product was not of further value to you, and have issued a check to be mailed to your address on file for $29.99. Best Regards,

Hello Mr. [redacted] & Revdex.comAt Sprout Financial customer service is the main priority, and we do anything possible within our control to create a great customer experience.  We are unclear why the issue is not resolved?  At this time Mr. [redacted] was refunded all service fees charged in full, and we notified Mr. [redacted] of this resolve.    At this time any and all service provided by Sprout Financial to Mr. [redacted] was free of charge.  We consider this matter resolved and closed to customers satisfaction. Sincerely,

Spoke with a representative at Sprout today. He said $1 is needed to pull credit report to qualify me for credit line. Representative told me that it will show up as a soft inquiry on my credit report so it will not harm my credit. I also, mentioned that I did not want the $30 a month credit report service and that when I tried to cancel online through "[email protected]", I got a Mailer-Daemon Failure to Deliver notice. When mentioned, the representative told me that he will call and cancel my credit report service as soon as he gets the information he needs for my credit line and that they were having trouble w/ their support email. I was also told that my spouse could get a additional credit line, and was sent an online application for that. Service seems good so far, except the $1 to pull my credit score. I thought that was a bit odd. I never had a bank charge me for checking my credit score. We will just have to see if Sprout will cancel my $30 a month credit service like they say. BTW, I got approved for a line of credit over the phone even though I didn't need it at this time. This may be the place to go if you need money fast.

The client called 3 days after the trial had ended.  On the website its very clear there is a 14 day trial, and requires personal information to be entered in order to obtain a credit report.  In addition it is NOT $1 to pull the report.   The system simply does a $1 authorization to...

verify the card is valid,  but that $1 is never charged and the authorization falls of the card in 2-3 days.    The account was cancelled on 05/09/16 when the client called Sprout Financial.  Welcome email, credit alert emails, and a cancellation email were all sent to [redacted]

Called in about getting credit line for my business. Had to run credit and said it would cost $1 and that $1 would be refunded next day. I am now signed up for reoccurring billing of $29.99, not disclosed.
