Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] first there is nothing wrong with my mother's credit card they took the money off at within two minutes of us placing the order second her billing address is perfectly fine she's never had any other problems from any other company or organization as far as that goes third they never fulfilled our order in full ..we never received anything from them I'm not sure what they're talking about there otherwise why would we be here at this pointfourth for them to pick on misspellings and e-mails back and forth between the companies which is over of them trying to get this resolved is ridiculous I myself also made three phone calls and spoke with a representative from that company absolutely no communication problems whatsoever and what was expected of them now this company has mailed us out a pair of sneakers that we no longer need or want we purchased the sneakers from a reputable company they were asked on several occasions to refund the money in full and I will not stop until that money's is sent back to my mother also I would like this posted so that the public can see what kind of company they are dealing with and I have no intentions of stopping with a Revdex.com as far as complaining about this company Regards, [redacted]
To whom it may concern, Sprout Surplus had issues fulfilling the order for [redacted] due to issues with the person's card and an incorrect billing address. Due to potential fraud, the order went unchecked by us until the customer contacted us regarding their order. When the...
customer notified us, we successfully fulfilled their order, however their size was out of stock.We changed their size however our system could not register it due to our change in payment systems. We attempted to refund the customer, however we were unable to due to our change in payment systems. We offered to create a new order, however the customer required their order to be refunded.The customer was hard to understand in some emails, as you can see in this letter with the many incorrect spelling and grammatical issues.
