Review: I placed a substantial order of pork via their website on Aug 2, 2015 and every time I check the status of the order it has unfilled. Approx. 2 weeks went by and I emailed the orders dept & the owner Rich to inquire when my order might be shipped. I have NOT received a any response. I have emailed 3 times and have left voice messages twice. It is now almost three weeks since placing the order and it is still UNFILLED. I cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiries and my credit card company is saying only the vendor can reverse/void my charges. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: Would like my credit card reimbursed for order placed
