In Sept. I paid 390 dollars to lease a plot for a trailer in Spurce Tree Moble home park in Marshall Michigan 49017. I was approved to purchase the trailer. Weeks went by with many phone calls and trips to the park and unanswered calls. I never even got to see the inside the trailer. So I had to make other arrangements. I was promised my deposit back and it would take a month. Its been a month and no check. I called and was promised they would let me know what was going on. Again no word.

Other (requires explanation) Refund of my $390 deposit in a timely manner.
I also talked to the district Manager and was told a check had been sent on March 13th. I gave them my new adress but they sent it to my old address. That was a week ago. She said a new check would be issued and she would call me. Its been a week and nothing. Now they won't even answer my phone calls. All I want to know is if a new check has been issued and when.
I was never told by the District Manager when I talked to her on the 26th that I needed to make an email complaint. I was told a new check would be re issued. What I would like to know is what happened to that first check that I never got. Was it cashed ? And also I have no Email address for Spruce tree Moble home park. They have mine though. Who makes the complaint me or Revdex.com?
Just talked to the District Manager and wasted another check has been issued. She said I should get it by tomorrow or Monday. We shall see. If so Thank you so much for your help and I will contact you when I receive the check.

Our company sent her check to the wrong address, her sons address. They never received it to that address, so I had a check re-issued sent to her Indiana address. Wendy contacted me on 4/4 and told me she received the new check.
