I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Let me just say the letter from Spryex Communication contained so many fabrications and lies that I am shock and dumbfounded !! They lost the CC# and even messaged me to get it again which I didI can't even address all the allegations in the letter that was sent to you since it would be a he said she said thing...I don't know about this I guess my time at festivals in the Classx Radio booth doesn't count and I attend every mandatory staff meeting, doesn't count? I have or people who know I worked for ClassX Radio and a *** Post welcoming myself and my fiance to the promotions department does that countThis gentleman is a crook, a fraud and a cheat and I just want to make people aware of that so they do not get caught up with his fraudulant practices...BTW I paid in cash for the shirt when CC was declined!By the Way who is the "m,management" of ClassX Radio? I don't know?

*** *** ** ***Regarding your letter of complaint from *** *** *** For months, *** has been a leech of ClassX Radio by constantly entering concerts and
events in the name of ClassX Radio He only occasionally helped some of our staff but never attended meetings and was never cleared for his involvement of our radio stations by management Recently he crashed a secured area at one of our events and told security that he was with ClassX Radio Not too long afterwards, he and his girlfriend were asked to leave when I verified that he was not with our staff Apparently, security had to use some force to get them out.Subsequently, *** sent me a letter stating that he would “get even” with us He is quite disgruntled because now he understands that he cannot enter our events without paying to do so.In fact, *** still owes Spryex Communications, Inc for a hoodie sweat shirt ($35) to which we have never been paid because his credit card is always declined His allegations of us charging credit card without authorization is totally unsubstantiated In fact, Spryex Communications is a 501(c)organization who survives on business sponsorships and listener support Two times each year, we go live on the air with our pledge drives and ask listeners to donation money for our financial support Anyone that calls is made aware that their donations will continue monthly unless they call to cancel If any contributor ever notifies us that they wish to cancel their monthly support, we always comply with their wishes In fact, *** did contribute for a short time until his credit card started being declined In fact, once this happened we never did re-approach him for new credit card information We simply stopped with his credit card charges Sometime later, he asked for a hoodie from us to which we gave him one He told us to charge his credit card However, the card was declined.I am quite sure that if there had ever been an issue with us charging ***’s credit card without his authorization or anyone else’s we would simply been notified to stop and we would have complied.We do not intent to further respond to his ridiculous allegations Our record of existence since 1999, stands on its own We further caution *** *** to be careful with what he says publicly as we always have the option to file court complaints to seek damages upon further public slander and Libel.William S*** is not an owner but rather the President of the organization.
