I would like my complaint filed The business owner had very poor communication skills and did not complete the job to where the pool filter was functioning properly His workmanship was sloppy and the hose connected to the filter was leaking When you pay someone to purchase/install a new filter, the hoses should be properly attached and not leaking

I would like to now request a full  refund.  I attached the estimate, which indicated that he would attach the hoses, which he did not properly do.  The connection leaked, not the hose, but the way he connected it.  I have also attached some emails.  Please note the one dated May 26th which indicate that this estimate includes installing a 1.5 HP motor.  Per the attach picture of the sticker on our motor, we have a 1.0 HP motor.  I was complaining to my husband over the weekend about the lack of power the new filter had.  I felt that the old one was better and indicated to him that I was going to call a repair man.  He went out to look at it and that is when we realized that he installed the wrong motor.   Not only was he sloppy/lazy with connecting the hoses, terrible in returning call/texts when I tried to contact him about the leak, but he ripped us off and installed a smaller motor that is too weak for the size of our pool!!I need to have someone else come out and order a new motor and install it.
