am informing the Revdex.com that I have given [redacted] and his company more than enough time to come out and install the generator. He stated that he would do it sometime during the week of January 15, 2017. He has not. He also has much more than 10% of work to perform. I have even requested that he just deliver the generator and I will install it. He has threatened to sell it. I was told by Briggs and Stratton that he was not even an authorized dealer of theirs. I am not even sure if he has the generator. I have waited long enough. I want my generator and want it installed.
The unit is almost 90% installed. I have only about 2 hours left to complete the install. This will be completed the week of 1/15/2017. Also, the customer needs to pay for this. The balance is about $3600. If he does not, I will sell the unit and refund the difference.
I installed a generator for this customer and I went down about nine months later after they called me at 1:00 am and they were having a problem with transfer switch. I did not have the part needed in stock so I had to order it. They then began calling and harassing me. I did not even get home until...
4:00 am from their call. They are the ones that stopped me from fixing it. I was willing to do it. The item is under warranty so they can have anyone fix it under the warranty. This should not be a complaint on my record. I have recordings of them threatening me and using foul language. I tried to fix it but they would not let me. I am not giving them money back for something that is covered under warranty.This is not a valid complaint.
As per our telephone conversation. I am sending a letter regarding our case number #[redacted] to be reopened. We received this enclosed letter from the new generator contractor letting us know all that was wrong with our generator installation from Summit Power. We had to put out an additional $850 for more repair that should have been done from Summit. We are still asking for $1500 sent back to us due to all additional charges that have incurred. We paid Summit $300 for a service contract which we had to buy again from new contractor which is also included in this request. Please get back with us regarding this issue.
