Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is a bait and switch issue The pipe I ordered, altho similar in shape and size, is not the pipe I received

The pipe I received is not triple thick, is not inside out, and does not have silver fumingIt's a simple blue and white squiggled, clear glass pipe of the same basic shape and sizeThey did send an additional pipe, but I am not interested in either of theseI collect fumed pipes, and this item doesn't match the order
I will send both pipes back at my expense should they
A) send me the correct pipe at no addition charge, or
B) send me a check for the full amount, including postage as originally stated

Our items are handblown and it states on the website as well as again at check out that 'Most orders will ship in 72hrs but since they are handblown please allow
up to weeks for delivery'
