Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is a bait and switch issue The pipe I ordered, altho similar in shape and size, is not the pipe I received
From their catalog:

There is an automatic order email sent when the order is placed and again when the order ships It may have gone to his junk mail?
Our items are handblown and it states on the website as well as again at check out that 'Most orders will ship in 72hrs but since they are handblown please allow
up to weeks for delivery'
We have been in constant contact with this customer We told him when our shipment (Thursday) would arrive earlier today in his email he sent, we responded to his email to let him know he would receive a tracking number before the day was over
