Spur Western Wear

This is the second time I have attempted to purchase Black Veil Boots. Both advertisements have been gross misrepresentations of the product. Both claimed to be cloth lined and made from high quality kidskin (goat) leather and both came unlined and of the lowest grade of bovine (cow) leather, clearly marked as such with a sticker on the tongue of the boot. Both companies will give a refund for undamaged product that the customer PAYS to ship back to them. I have already paid shipping to return a mis-advertised product to the Boot Barn, now I'm going to have to do the same for Spur Western Wear because they lied to me too. To say I am annoyed by this is an understatement, particularly when they require I return their product with a packaging slip (which they did not send) or a printout of my original order which I may or may not still possess. Considering that the Boot Barn has still not removed their fraudulent advertisement, I hold little hope that Spur Western Wear will desist with their deliberate misleading of customers either. I would not buy from either company again if they had the only footwear on the planet! Below are the advertisements listed by both companies.
