already gone through. This resulted in an overage charge. We staff our front desk Monday-Friday from 8-5. She had called on a Saturday  regarding the overage charge and did not receive a response that day. I checked the e-mails Sunday from home and saw her follow up e-mail to the above-mentioned voicemail. I let her know I would look into it Monday when I got to the office. On Monday I noticed the overcharge, and not only refunded the $99 overcharge, but also the $40 lower membership option charge due to our mistake on the matter. We pride ourselves on the a high-end customer service. We are open for training hours on the weekend, but with no one at the front desk, any voicemails are not responded to until Monday morning when the staff arrive. We apologised to [redacted] and cancelled her membership immediately. Thanks,[redacted] Spurling Training SystemsPerformance & Fat Loss Training Gym
