I honestly don't know what to say regarding this complaint, we feel we have gone outside our normal bounds to satisfy this customer. Whatever we do just doesn't seem to be enough.

Revdex.com spoke with Randy S[redacted] and he stated that he has tried to reach out to the customer but her mailbox is full.  The consumer received a check for $1,500.00 upon delivery because the consumer wanted the money to pay other bills.  The selling price was $11,350.00 and the 1,500.00 was added...

to that for a total of 12,850.00.  She initially wanted a check back for $3,000.00 but the payment would be more than she wanted with a loan of that amount.  She was aware of this when she picked up the car and all paperwork was signed.

I was treated poorly.

I spoke with a man named Ralph S[redacted] who called me after receiving the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com he offered absolutely zero resolution talk down to me the entire time raise his voice called me a liar and was just making derogatory nasty remarks the entire time acting as if what I was saying was not true as a customer you want to feel like you're there to be helped the issues that I went through I should not have to return a vehicle that many times and lose out on things from a company that swears at this kind of stuff is not going to happen the vehicle I still have now I just had to call and talk to the mechanic because it has already stalled on me shut down and is loud and shaking all over again it's to the point where it has actually stuttered and it now seems like some kind of transmission issue I've made everybody they're aware of it nobody wants to help me so now at this point I'm just out my money when I spoke with Ralph he was demeaning condescending and talk to me like I had no type of common sense whatsoever he asked me why I was upset and I calmly tried to explain to him and tell him is there was no reason for me to disrespect him I thought he was reaching out because he honestly genuinely wanted to fix the issue that turned out not to be the case and he ended up laughing at me raising his voice and being very contradicting to what his business is apparently all about this was not a good experience I will not be letting this go I need to know the vehicle that I purchase is 100% correct there's Rusty pieces are on the wheels it literally stopped and stalled in the middle of traffic last week it shakes its loud the endmine is come on the vehicle has stopped while driving the speakers are still going in and out I've said all of these things they claim they have tried to do everything they can but they've been absolutely nothing they came and took my car back because it was burning oil because there was never an oil change done that's something that supposed to be done they've done nothing above and beyond at all they've done nothing to actually help at all
