I have the orders printed out stating that they were shipped when in fact it was not shipped. Your excuse does not explain why it would show ship. Instead you give an excuse "Why supplies last."
I want my money back - full refund - and I will not buy another item from your website nor will I endorse to relatives and friends. Eventually your company will go out of business due to your unethical practices of fraud when shipping items that was not shipped, but states so on the order

I placed an order and items did not work. I sent them back. About 3 weeks later I received an email that confirmed they received my return. It has been another 3 weeks and still no refund. Their phone number online is disconnected. The phone number on the return email is disconnected. Now their website is down. Do not order from this company.
