I asked (email) to cancel my membership with Spy and Alliance, which they charged me $39.95 (on April 28 at 5:45PM)
On their website freestilettoknife.com, they state that even if you cancel your membership, you can keep the stiletto knife.
When I requested to cancel my membership again, (4/29/20) on they said I had to return the knife to get my $39.95 back.
The $39.95 was for the membership, NOT the stiletto knife.
I wrote back on email (5/2/20 5:09pm) that the knife was mine to keep even if I cancelled my membership and I told them to look at their promise on their website freestilettoknife.com.
They have not contacted me in the last 10 days and are ignoring me. I checked my email to see if they responded and they have not.

I was charged for a service I didn't purchase

I have emailed them three times and they haven't gotten back to me.
I feel like I have given them plenty of time to respond.
If I can't get this issue fixed I will have wasted a lot of money.

On November 28, 2017 I ordered a bag from this company, that they advertised was free if I just paid for the shipping. I paid the shipping fee and entered my shipping information and my credit card was charged. Since that time I have had no contact from the business. I have not received my item nor have they responded to any of the phone call messages or emails that I have sent them requesting information regarding my order.

Saw an ad for a free backpack if you paid Shipping and handling. The order went through and they charged me until a few days later I received an email saying there was a "glitch" in their inventory system and to write back if I wanted a refund. Well I have not received a response back or a refund.

I ordered a product from the company , a backpack for survival life,,, and after I made the purchase and given my credit card info I received an email that specified that unless I cancelled their spy escape alliance membership that I would be charged $39.95 a month for a membership. I sent an email to cancel the membership and received an email that it had been canceled. A little more than a week later I received a invoice and a charge from my bank for $39.95 for the membership monthly charges.
I have sent over 5 emails and three phone calls that I could only leave a message asking for a refund but have not received the refund or any correspondence from them indicating that they are doing anything to solve the issue. I notified them that I would be issuing a complaint to the Revdex.com and still haven't receiving any messages. I wish only to receive a refund and no other charges to my bank account.

I was on the website, I received a promo bag, there was a 7 day trial period, I called 9 times and emailed within the 7 day period to state that I don't want a subscription. On August 20, 2017 they charged my credit card for 39.99. I have made numerous attempts to get in touch with the business, all I get is a recording. They STOLE my money and they refuse to answer or return it.

I ordered a backpack where I had to pay for shipping only. During the on-line purchase the company bombards you in an attempt to purchase other items, several, and it keeps going. They added a membership to Personal Protection Alliance Membership for $39.95 which I did not request or approve for them to bill. I have called multiple times and just get their voice mail. I leave a message each time with the invoice number and my name requesting they refund the $39.95 but they have done nothing.

Somewhere along the way, in the small print I'm guessing, it said that I would be charged a $39.95 subscription fee. I never subscribed or intended to subscribe to anything, I only wanted the bag. I left a phone message on Sunday (07-16-17) and another one on Wednesday (07-19-17). I was finally contacted by Kathryn (801) 528-3537, and she left a message saying it was a subscription fee. Again I never subscribed to anything. I again attempted to call "Kathryn" and left another message.
