I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.     Their was not defamatory complaint on the Facebook page I have proof of nothing but truth and stating facts about my experience. This matter does not help my situation and I also asked for an exchange before a refund. I would like my money back in reguardless to this matter.

This customer was measured and walked through the ordering process. She was between sizes and agreed, as per her signature on the date of order, to order a size 18.  When the gown arrived to us, it was shipped directly to her home.  She contacted us with two problems: the dress was ripped...

and too big. The fact that the dress needed to be altered was a typical scenario as the customer was between a size 16/18 in 2 out of the 3 areas of measurement. We asked the customer to send us a photo and welcomed the dress to come back to us for inspection.  The dress was not shipped back to us for inspection. Photos were never received via email.  We were able to figure out what the customer was referring to when she called it a "rip" when another bridesmaid in the wedding shared the photo that [redacted] had sent to her. (attached)  After looking at the sample, the other special order bridesmaid dresses in the party, and the photo provided by the other bridesmaid I determined that in fact the dress was not ripped.  The customer was referring to the raw edge of the pleat that was unfolded.  Attached is the snap shot of the [redacted] actual dress sent to the other bridesmaid. In summary, [redacted] received a gown that was the size, style, and color stated on the signed invoice. It was not defective as she may have thought.  She simply needs an alteration.  There will be no refund or exchange on this order, as stated on her signed invoice copy.  I spoke with [redacted] to explain all of this and she chose to bring the dress in for us to alter. After our conversation, I sent her a summary letter of our conversation to be sure that I communicated all of the information she needed to know.  [redacted] does have an alteration appointment with us in a few weeks.
