Review: Hello,

On 9/28/13 I had become a paid member of [redacted] for 90 days because I needed an apt for Nov 1st 2013. After becoming a member, I noticed an apt that caught my interest, but unfortunately after many attempts to contact the owner of the apt I got no replies. Shortly after I saw another apt being advertised so again I tried contacting the owner several times but got no reply. This kept happening over and over several times from sept to almost the end of oct, I started getting the feeling that this may be a scam to try to get customers to become payed members. I then decided to contacted [redacted] regarding this issue and asked them to please refund my money back as per their terms and conditions which stated a refund if I was not able to find any apt with their service. They emailed me telling me that they recommend that I stay with their service for the whole 90 days, I told them that I only became a member because I needed to find an apt for Nov 1st so I did not need their service for 90 days.They then told me that I had to stay for the whole 90 days in order for me to get my refund, so in other words I had no choice but to wait the remainder of 90 days to get my $34 back. After the 90 days was up I contacted them again regarding my refund, they then told me that I had to fill out a form in order to get my money refunded. After filling out the form and emailing it back to them, I waited and waited and got no response. I emailed them again regarding the refund, they then told me that I had to fill out a different form since I lived in New York. That being said, I never got my refund. I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if they did not refund my money back but I again I got no response. I have all the emails to prove the conversation that took place between me and [redacted]. I ask the Revdex.com to please help me get my money back from this company.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund my money back asap.

Review: On 7/11/2013, I signed up for www.[redacted]com membership – 90 days/ [redacted] - and paid $29.95 (Customer ID : [redacted] The website was not useful; all existing listings in the area I am looking in were expired months ago and still listed as active!

On July 18, 2013, I emailed Customer service and requested full refund. Strangely, they responded that I have to wait until the 90 days membership expires before they process the refund!!!!!

I waited more than 90 days and I emailed them again, this time they asked me to sign a form and send it by MAIL (Not Email). In the form I have to accept a charge of $15 (They called it “Web’s administrative cost). What a way to grantee profits!!

I waited so long and I refuse to pay this $15 fees. I am requesting the full $29.95 back.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the full $29.95 back
