Not Happy
One of my 3 SPYPOINT's is a Link Micro WMV LTE which has worked great util this year. It stopped sending pictures so I went out and got the camera and found out the inside was filled with water. I brought it back and cleaned it out took apart the battery housing and scrubbed it to get the corrosion out then let it dry. put it back together and it worked again (new set of batteries). same thing happened again after this recent rain storm. The rubber housing inside is good and the door is locked shut every time. I called customer support and was told since my camera is past 2 years old there is nothing they could do and suggested I let it dry out again. I explained the time it took to get the camera not to mention going into that area and leaving sent and cost for the batteries. They suggested that I buy a new camera and offered me a 10% discount. I said forget it that am going to switch to Moultrie Cameras since the 1 that I have works perfect.

No point! No point in calling them 3 or 4 times. They will not replace a broke new camera.

I have purcashed 4 spypoint cameras over a 2 year period the first purchased started acting up 2 months ago I tried to talk with tech support but after changing batties 4 times ,reprogramming ,changing out Sd card and all that support asked me to do the camera will not operate and tech support told me that camera was not repairable. that they had on service to repair. also I have a camera that I purchased about 6 months ago this one will only take and send pictures about every 3-4 days. Y ?
this will sone end my spypoat adventure.

Terrible service
I spent over 2 hours on text support. I was repeatedly asked the same questions and gave the the same answers over 4 times. They kept asking for a sim # located behind battery pack. No number existed. They did not seem to understand my answer. Kept asking same question. My camera will not turn on. Seems like off on switch is broken. They did not understand. My frustration grew to anger. I eventually was dropped from text support. I called an 888 phone number supplied. I was told I would receive a call back within 20 minutes. Two hours have passed no call. I called again and was told I had a 40 minute wait. Still waiting. Their response time is horrible. I asked for a supervisor but non responded. They kept asking the same questions as if I had not responded. POOR TEXT SYSTEM! NO PHONE SUPPORT! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pray you have no problems. It's hell to work with them. I've spent all day trying to resolve my issue. I should send them an invoice for my tim on the phone and text.

Too many other options out there these cameras are junk. terrible pics and bad customer service. Mine quit charging the lithium battery and customer service said I needed to update the software. this is the only company you have to dowload a software program once a month and take your card out and reformat it every time they do a update. save ypourself trouble don't buy their products it will cause you a lot of frustration!

We do understand the repair have not been done correctly and we would like to rectify the issueWe propose to the customer to pay to ship back the camera here and we will fix the camera under warrantyWe will after that pay to ship it back to the customerThat way the customer could receive a functional camera and nor more fees would have been chargedWe offer also to give a rechargeable battery pack for free with the repair for all the troubles the customer had.We still thinking that the fact to replace the defective camera without any charge by a brand new model it is a better offerThe customer could receive a 150$ camera value for free in exchange of his defective cameraThe FORCE-11D is better in every way than the customer camera model.Please let us know which offer you prefer.Best regards
