Tell us why here... Regarding the response from [redacted] ,  Squar-pix Notified [redacted] that her order will be ready the Friday before her event and she confirmed it though email, we cannot accept her refund because each order we print is customized for the client and cannot be re sold. [redacted]s Deadline was met and it was her responsibility to come in that Friday when her order was ready for pick up, if her deadline were not met we would have contacted [redacted] immediately, in Emails between [redacted] and Frank I[redacted] (Squar-Pix Sales Director) Frank stated her job would be ready on Friday as it was. [redacted] made no attempt to come into our store the Friday she knew her job was done because she confirmed with Frank for Friday, we still have her Booklets in our store waiting to be picked up, We made it clear to [redacted] that we are not open Weekends, The first drop off we worked with her, The other Half of her order we Set the date for Friday, we called her she did not come to pick up her order we met her needs completely, we are not responsible for her order not being picked up, we did our part on our behalf. When she called on Saturday and asked Frank if she could come pick up he order, Frank told [redacted] that he would not be able to do so because all our locations were closed and he would have but he lives in Staten Island he stated once again that Friday the order was ready like she wanted but she did not come to pick up , Frank stated she would be able to pick up Monday during store hours, even still Frank tried working with [redacted].

I have reviewed the information provided by Frank. He stated that the order should be ready on Friday and available for pick up. He never confirmed that it was ready and when he spoke with [redacted] on Saturday never said your order was ready and you didn't come pick it up. On Monday [redacted] received the email stating the order was ready for pick up. I spoke with Frank and advised him that I want a refund of $475 because the order was never completed.His answer is not acceptable and I expect him to take accountability.

manner, during the production process we always keep our clients up to date on the status of their order from start to finish. On the day of June *, 2016 [redacted] who stated she needed 400 copies of a 12-page program booklet including a Cover fully colored and saddle stitched contacted us. During this order with Squar-pix [redacted] was Notified verbally by Frank I[redacted] (Sales-Director at Squar-pix) that our store is not open weekends, but we promised her order to be done the Friday before her event that was on June **,2016 The total cost of her order was 950.00 which was paid online using a [redacted] debit card, We acknowledged she needed the first half of her order on a weekend Squar-pix found a way to deliver her order on a Saturday June *, 2016 the first half of her order which consisted of 200 program booklets which we had made a one time exception for [redacted], and the other half of the order which consisted of another 200 program booklets went into production. As read in Her Complaint Frank I[redacted] stated in a consistent email conversation,(quoted from text) " Hi I should have it ready for your by Friday and you can pick it up from [redacted] thanks." -Frank I[redacted] This conversation took place during store hours Tuesday June **, 2016, After this conversation [redacted] was unresponsive and did not place any further attempt to contact us regarding her order that was ready Friday June **,2016 it was not until Saturday Morning June **, 2016 that [redacted] Responded to Frank I[redacted] in an email stating she was coming to pick up the rest of her order (quoted from text) "[redacted]" In which she shortly after received a call from frank notifying her again that the store is closed weekends but her order was ready the previous day for pick up at our [redacted] location and there was no way he could open the store that day considering the fact that he lives in Staten Island. Monday June **,2016 Squar-Pix Received an email from [redacted] requesting a refund of 200 dollars for the 200 program booklet copies that were ready by the set deadline Friday June**, 2016 and were never picked up from our store In reply June **, 2016 from Frank I[redacted] once again notifying [redacted] (quote from text) "HI [redacted], your job was ready to pick up by Friday as I emailed you last week. There will be no refund and job was ready as advised." -Thanks Frank I[redacted] After receiving this email she was also sent an email from Squar-pix Billing stating reason why her refund request was denied. (Quoted text Below From [redacted]) "Good Afternoon, This Email is regarding your order for 8.5x7 12 page prints for [redacted], SquarPix is a Company who values our Clients and try our best to meet their needs You were notified Friday June **,2016 that your order was Awaiting pick up in store via Email. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, our store was not open Saturday June **, 2016, Your order was completed by the deadline you had made with us. Due to your order being Completed by this deadline we are not able to refund you the in the amount of $200.00 that you have requested, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, you are still able to pick up your order at our store between the hours or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday." There was no Further action was made by [redacted] after this email was sent .
