I didn't authorize a charge they are billing me forIt is also recurring and I didn' authorize that charge either

I noticed a charge from this company on my DecAMX statementI have never requested any services from them, nor do I know them
I was told by AMX that this company charged my account three times within the last yearI missed the two previous charges; but caught the $charge placed on my AMX Decstatement
I have never contacted this firm, nor have I received any products or services from them

I was looking on my bank account and I see that this company has charged my account a total of $358.92, and for what I don't know never heard of this company untill I saw it on my bank accountI want my money refunded back to my account as soon as possible and I live on a fixed income and expenses for the time I can't buy my groceries for the monthThank you please help me with this
