I placed an order for a *** Board on May 9th, Monday, and payed extra for *** Ground shippingI noticed, I never got any type of shipping confirmation emailSo, I sent this email on May 11, at 7:AM:
Hello,
I recently purchased a 22" Blackout *** board and have noticed that I haven't received a shipping confirmation email
I did receive a shipping confirmation email the next day, and I thought it was all taken care ofUsually, *** Ground takes 3-business days to deliver, so I didn't think too much about itI brushed it off and forgot about it until a couple of weeks laterI decided too send another email, so I didMay 31st, at 9:PM, I said:
I ordered a *** 22-inch Blackout on May 9th and got a purchase confirmation email for the order being placedOn May 12th I got an confirmation email about the order being shipped through *** Ground shippingRight now, it is May 31st and I have still not gotten the skateboard! For this reason, I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund of $If there is any problem please feel free to email me at or call me at ..., thank you!
Again, no responseThe next day, I thought that I should try calling the business during store hours (12-PM) to ask about the orderI called June 1st at 4:PM and was sent directly to voicemailI thought that they canceled the order, and because of this, I ordered the same *** Board off of a different website, where it arrived in two daysBut, a week later, the package arrivedAfter receiving the package, I emailed them again on June 6th, 2016, at 7:PM, where I said:
It is currently Monday, June 6th, and I just received the package of the *** 22-inch Blackout Just to reiterate, I ordered it on Monday, May 9th and payed extra for UPS Ground shipping, where I was guarenteed a one to two business day shipping timeI do not believe a full month qualifies as "one to two business days"In fact, I never believed I would receive the product so I ordered the same brand and model, *** 22-inch Blackout 2.0, from a different website, where I paid $in shipping and had it at my doorstep in two days! If you have not yet gotten the hint, I would like to be refunded the full $that was charged to my cardI have already tried contacting your company three separate times, two by email (where there was no response), and once by phone (I was directed immediately to a voicemail although I called during correct business hours)If there is no reply to this email, there will be no further correspondence from me after this emailRather, I will dispute the charge on my card, and ensure that a full story of my experience is made public to every available review serviceI usually do not resort to threats and feel sorry that I am, but, I truly feel there is no possible other way that I would be able to receive the proper attention for this problemAgain, please feel free to contact me through email at ..., or by phone at Any response will be immensely appreciated, thank you!
At 8:PM, the owner of the store, *** replied, her reply should explain why I do not recommend the store or website at all!:
Don't you dare send me an email and threaten me, and then ask for my response and assistance, you piece of ***Show me one place on my website where you were EVER guaranteed anything, let alone a 1-day shipping timeProcessing times are stated as 1-days AND CAN EVEN BE LONGERRead it And transit time is determined by the carrier, with UPS Ground being a fixed time length depending on your location, between 1-days in the continental USI don't control *** deliveriesThis isn't *** rocket science
Want a refund? Send back your board and you'll get a refundWe have procedures for this, it's not the *** wild frontierBut don't you dare think you're going to leverage me with threats of negative publicity, and try to strong-arm me into giving you your money back, as though you deserve to keep your Penny board for free because you had to wait for itAnd then what? If I don't comply, you'll slander me online and go through your credit card company to get your money back?
Guess what? Making a financial demand of a business under threat of retaliation is called extortion, you piece of ***I've already filled out a police report online with LAPD to make an official record of your threat, and I sent a copy of this to my attorney who advised me to file a report in your county as wellAnd if you go through your credit card company to try and recover your money without returning the product, I'll send copies to them as well when I dispute the chargeback report
