Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see the attachment of my signature on the Contract as I have the contract and my signature is not on itEven if I did sign this contract, I was never told upon signing about a Charge for $which was for "DEST" that was not explained to meWhen I went back to the dealer they refused to delete this charge that I do not agree onI would like for them to refund me the $for "DEST." I was told after the fact that this was an additional charge for bringing the car over to the dealer and if that was the case they should have had that price on the vehicleI would have never purchased this vehicle knowing that they were going to charge me an additional $ Regards, [redacted] ***

First off, we would like to apologize to our customer *** ***, for any trouble she had to face during the process of the car purchaseWe understand *** *** has many questions in regards to her bill and we are more than willing to go over the pricing of the vehicle once more even though
everything had been explained and *** *** did sign the bill of sale that shows the amount she agreed to purchase the vehicle forWe have attached the bill of sale which shows what amount *** *** agreed and signed to buy the vehicle forAny further questions please, feel free to reach out to us at any time

I am rejecting this response because:
I would like to see the attachment of my signature on the Contract as I have the contract and my signature is not on it. Even if I did sign this contract, I was never told upon signing about a Charge for $1995.00 which was for "DEST" that was not explained to me. When I went back to the dealer they refused to delete this charge that I do not agree on. I would like for them to refund me the $1995.00 for "DEST." I was told after the fact that this was an additional charge for bringing the car over to the dealer and if that was the case they should have had that price on the vehicle. I would have never purchased this vehicle knowing that they were going to charge me an additional $1995.00.
