I am rejecting this response because: I did not use foul language towards the "property managers," I simply stated that they were not doing their jobsTheir statement that they attempted to call me several times is a blatant lieThere is no mention in our lease with Four Seasons Management Group (FSMG) in regard to a tenant lock outIf they as the "property managers" were out of town, they should of had someone on call to address tenant issuesThe reason I was locked out was due to a faulty lock, which is FSMG's responsibility to have in working orderYes, the wife "property manager" did let me in the house in the fall, however that was the one and only time FSMG has followed through on their wordMy husband and I have fixed the windowIt's not about the money it's about having my voice heard as a tenantI feel other potential tenants should be aware of the manner in which, FSMG conducts businessUnfortunately, I have been involved with this firm since October when I moved into a filthy homeFSMG does not manage propertyHowever, they are very good at collecting rent.Currently, there is an unfilled hole in our backyard which is a major safety hazardFSMG has no logical plan to renovate the hole or they are simply not sharing it with usI will research on who I should report the hole to.Thank you, for letting me have my voice heard.Warm Regards,*** *** ***
