Glass frame was greatJust like OEM

Received a working phone screen in a timely manner

The screen for my LG Gworked for a month or two, then started turning off randomly, and I'd have to press on the front of the phone to get it working again When it finally went out completely--three months after it was boughtFixez refused even to exchange it, since it was outside the 30-day warranty period What good is a 30-day warranty, anyway? Avoid

It was installed, but it was not working with my phone

I received the replacement lightning port and tool kit in a timely mannerI was able to install and it works as expectedThanks!

Received a replacement screen with a defective cable After installing the screen, the LCD wouldn't turn on I took the phone apart and found the LCD ribbon cable sliced clean Now these cables are tough For this to happen you would either have to use wire cutters or have a horribly made cable Immediately contacted them for a replacement screen and they told me since it's "physical" damage they won't replace it I'm currently filing a dispute with my credit card company Horrible products horrible customer service

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy tabtouch screen It was shipped the same day I ordered it and arrived in days The screen worked perfectly

Terrible customer service Fixez.com will not honor their warranty on partsIf you receive a part that is defective they try to blame it on the customer or the postal systemWhen a item is lost in shipping they do nothing and expect the customer to track it down because they say it is the customers job to do so The customer does not pay the postal service the shipping cost, they pay Fixez.com and it should be Fixez.com to track the lost item

Terrible customer service & hugely annoying to deal withOrdered my piece and received it in a timely manner; however, the piece was not delivered as pictured in the descriptionI was told "not to worry" about itI knew that I wouldn't be able to return the piece if I tried to apply it to my phone, so I had questions about why it wasn't as pictured, why pieces of shielding were missing, etcIt took emails of repeating the same questions to get them to actually answer meI also tried calling them several times during office hours and could never actually get someone on the phone Was forced to pay the 20% restocking fee, even though piece was not as pictured, which I find ridiculousI asked if I could exchange it for a different piece, but as I was communicating with them via email (since phone support never answered) they actually raised the price of the piece I asked them about by $It's almost like they did it on purpose I would not recommend fixez.com to anyone

Purchased replacement screens 1st one arrived with defective glass they told me to buy a new one and send the other in for a refund The second arrived with a defective digitizer All in all I bought defective screens and am out twice the money with no recourse I'm now looking at scrapping the phone since further repair cost would exceed the value of the phone I have no phone and a year contract with my telecom Awesome!!!!!

Very difficult to get a hold of the billing dept Believe its only one person Also, every time I call the main number I get the same person Apparently this is a 2-person business Anyway, I ordered a battery for my daughters IPad Upon receipt you could see visually that it was no good (ribbon cable was not attached) They worked with me and got me a replacement battery although I had to pay for a new one but once they received my old one back they refunded my moneysort of So this is where I am upset and will no longer utilize this company or recommend them They refunded the cost of the battery but not the shipping costSo I paid for shipping for two batteries I purchased and also paid for the shipping to send the battery back The customer should not be paying for anything shipped that was defective The response I received from them was that it is in there policy and procedures sectionWrong answerThey just lost a lot of business for $

Order a replacement cable for an electronic deviceI noticed an issue after everything was seated properlyAfter I re-opened the device to discover my issue, I emailed the company to state it was defectiveI complied by providing a picture and because it was already installed they deemed me as the problematic cause to my defective partThey gave me a blanket statement saying their two-step packaging ensured no defective devices, but couldn't give me a direct answer when I questioned whether or not it was ever possible that a replacement part(s) could ever get harmed by postal services

Stay away from this business! It is a scamI ordered a replacement battery for my iPad from fixez The battery they sent did not fit Their YouTube video must have been for some other model iPad because it was significantly different from mine I filled out a customer support email with a photo attached clearly showing how this battery did not fit I received no response, and when I tried call the XXX-XXX-XXXX number all I got was a recording referring me to their web site I could not even leave a message! Now I am contacting my credit card company to have the charges reversed

I received my product, but did not work rightThe screen comes on but the touch part of it doesn't work
