Mr [redacted] alleges that MPHFunding charged his card as a cash advance This is not something we have the ability to do and never have All credit card charges are charged in the same way Additionally, Mr [redacted] alleges that MPHFunding charged his card twice We investigated this and confirmed that is it not the case If he has proof of these allegations, please provide such documentation and we will be happy to look into it further

Mr [redacted] Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention I have reviewed your complaint and done some investigationJavier stated that the account was paid in full because it was closed in Pivot Rock and sent back to MPH He doesn't typically deal with deficiency balances and misinterpreted the information on the screen You stated that the balance quoted to you by Rick was significantly higher than you believed it should be and that is because there is interest still accruing on your balance per your contract The principal balance is as you stated, but interest still accrues daily on the unpaid portionRegarding the credit bureau reporting, MPHFunding did NOT pull your credit bureau this year We did, however, notice in January when you called that your account status was still reflecting as transferred, so that error was corrected This data is reported to the agencies at the beginning of each calendar monthThe status that is now reported to the credit bureaus is the correct status, however, because it was not changed when it was first returned tot he original creditor, we will change it to exclude the account.Please note this does not change the status of your account or the outstanding balance which you owe

Ms [redacted] called in on January 10th at 1:pm and was authorized by verifying her informationShe spoke with LeeAnn and I just listened to the call recording and found the following.Ms [redacted] owed two payments and authorized LeeAnn to charge her card for $that day (10th) and then also asked her to set up a payment to be charged to her card on the 13th for $ LeeAnn specifically confirmed the date for the payment to come out was the 13th and Ms [redacted] confirmed At the end of the call, Ms [redacted] said she wanted to get set up on autodraft later and thanked LeeAnn for her assistance.Our conclusion, verified with proof from the recording is that Ms [redacted] did authorize both payments
