Over feet of snow in weeksOne piece of siding came off do to an ice damThere yard was not even accessible .Also they had a new electrical service put in there house and there electrician pulled the siding apartWell , I guess that says it all.Thank You
Mr [redacted] has been a customer of mine for the past several yearsHe has been one of my best customers and the nicest guy to do buisness withI am sure he has just received some bad input on what the actual problem isWe have done several big projects for himHe called and asked if I can install a A/C curbing unit for him and I did with no problemThis building is a unit commercial rental building and I did go back after his first call on the complaint of the leak There is absolutely NO PROBLEM with the install of the curbing unitIf his HVAC installer thought there was a problem he should not have installed the unit on itThis unit was placed on the roof with a crane because the unit is ft hiIt is my opinion that the HVAC installer did not properly install the gasket between the curbing and the A/C unit or he could have dented the curbing when the crane was placeing the unit on itI did go back on the roof on OCT at pm to reinspect the unit before I responded to the complaintI will be more than happy to go back more times if I have to and meet with the A/C unit installer so we can fiqure this outThere has been more than a dozen people working on the renovation project so we have to know the facts before we point the finger Thank You, [redacted]
