miss informedPurchased a warranty for two years on my songs Samsung galaxysHas only been one year not even and the phone was fixed four times The second time buy square trade and they didn't fix it correctly.Now it is broke again and I am told can't put a claim in four is the limit or up to the cost of the phoneAnd I had none of this information until today and square trader blames it on staples and staples blames it on themSo now I am stuck with a stupid warranty I can't useI will tell consumers like me to run from this companyI would have been better off with [redacted] insurance which I had before with no problems
